The story of PAICA Global began with a challenge—a moment when, during my PhD in entrepreneurship and innovation 2010, people questioned whether Africa had any real innovation to offer. Having grown up in Nigeria, I knew better; innovation was abundant but often unmeasured and unsupported. After years of research, I built a framework to nurture entrepreneurial ecosystems and embarked on my first venture: connecting African startups with European investors.

When this attempt failed—not for lack of talent but because the startups were in investors words "investible but not investment-ready"—I didn’t give up. Instead, I created PAICA Global to bridge that gap. By building an end-to-end virtual incubator, we’ve empowered thousands of startups and innovators with the tools, skills, and readiness to thrive and secure investments. Today, PAICA Global is a globally recognized leader in forward-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem building, transforming challenges into opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that drive impactful, long-term growth.
