This is not just a newsletter, but a tapestry woven with tales of our shared journey through the transformative year of 2024, a year that etched indelible marks on the canvas of the NT Brand. Our story begins in the hallowed halls of Bournemouth University, a place where my dreams took flight. As I bid adieu to this beacon of knowledge, I also celebrated an honor bestowed upon me - the 'Making a Difference Award.' It was a symbol of a collective endeavor to inspire and nurture growth, a testament to the seeds sown together.
IT WAS A GRACEFUL EXIT
My journey then took me to the Hill of Rebero, Rwanda, a place where the earth whispers tales of resilience. Here, amidst its profound beauty, the AWESOME framework was born. Read on, to find how our journey spells the acronym AWESOME.
AAspirations Re-imagined
The true turning point came on the Hill of Rebero, Rwanda.
Rwanda, a place of profound beauty and resilience, became the backdrop for self-discovery. Here, I reflected on the existential questions of worth and potential. Inspired by the books Design Your Life, & The 100-Year Life, I sketched the first draft of the AWESOME framework, grounded in the dual energy of aspiration and resistance.
Evolving into a Dynamic Speaker
As the year unfolded, I echoed our voices in places we had only dreamed of. From the Royal Society of Encouragement of Arts (RSA) Dorset, Southampton Solent University's PGR Students Conference, to Bournemouth University's annual Pitch event, I shared the voices of our community as dynamic keynote speakers, narrating tales of transformation.

The NT shared dream led us to the doors of Podschool, a renowned podcast training program. This was the birthplace of 'The Pursuit of Worth Series,' a podcast that became our lighthouse, guiding us towards the principles of worth and offering actionable insights.

The Future You Challenge was a turning point in the NT journey. It was here that we built a thriving entrepreneurial community, a place where each one of us could rediscover our worth and reimagine our lives. Self-paced learning became our ally, allowing us to scale value creation systemically.
Introducing 1:1 and Group Coaching
As the NT journey progressed, we expanded our horizons to include 1:1 and group coaching sessions, reaching out to a wider audience.
OOrganising Assets
How We began to offer Premium Consultancies:
In a strategic move by NT team, we streamlined our company resources/assets, leveraging our expertise to offer premium consultancy services. This shift has led to the acquisition of prestigious consultancy contracts, including in Morrocco, France, and the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA)-Ghana.
Trained by the FAO of the United Nations
Priviledged & honoured, our founder Dr Taura was invited to attend a vital training at the Africa regional office Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Ghana. This training refresshed our knowledge with new skills to carry out effective corporate foresight exercises at country level, a skill that would shape our future endeavors.

Leveraging Feedback for Excellence:
Feedback became our guiding star, leading us towards continuous improvement. By implementing a feedback loop, we charted our progress, achieving 84% of a key client's expectations. This insight became our compass, guiding us in refining our monitoring and evaluation systems.
