Farewell at Bournemouth University

There  I was, ready to leave a decade of academic life as a Senior Academic behind, I stood at the brink of change. My bold dreams met the unknown, but it was time to follow my lifelong curiosities.

My graceful exit from Bournemouth University, was marked by the Making a Difference Award, celebrating a career dedicated to shaping curious minds.

 

AAspirations Re-imagined

 

The true turning point came on the Hill of Rebero, Rwanda.

Rwanda, a place of profound beauty and resilience, became the backdrop for self-discovery. Here, I reflected on the existential questions of worth and potential. Inspired by the books Design Your Life, & The 100-Year Life, I sketched the first draft of the AWESOME framework, grounded in the dual energy of aspiration and resistance.

This crucial training has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and methodologies to effectively carry out corporate foresight exercises. 

 

MEMonitoring and Evaluation

Leveraging Feedback for Excellence::

Utilizing a feedback loop, I've been able to track and learn from my progress, notably achieving 84% of a key client's expectations. This valuable insight has been pivotal in refining my systems for monitoring and evaluation. This dedication is evident in my recent leadership role in a foresight expert consultation for Nigeria, a proud testament to my pursuit of excellence.
