Today, I will like to share my story like never been told before- to let you in to my world, my struggles, my fears, and my secrets.
It started when 2 years ago, I voluntarily took a severance package and left my Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship & Innovation within the UK University system, and without a ready‑made roadmap for what came next. I later hit the rock bottom, severance runs out, I became broke. With my beautiful wife and 2 kids I knew, I had to do things differently. I had no structured way to:

So I experimented. I applied everything I knew as an academic and practitioner: Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Design thinking, Systems thinking, Foresight.
I built tools, canvases, and simulations. I ran accelerators, workshops, and executive trainings. I tested the ideas with founders, professionals in transition, graduates, and later with teams & c-suite execs within billion dollar large organisations. The refined result i developed is Build Before You Leap (BBYL): A method that helps people and organisations design, test, and de‑risk their next chapter before they leap, so they don’t wake up in a future they never meant to create.
